Once Niños
Almost 20 years ago, I started my career as a researcher at Once Niños, Once TV Mexico’s children’s TV slot (now a channel.) with a similar mission and approach to that of PBS Kids. Once Niños showcases and produces content for Mexican and Spanish speaking kids everywhere.
As a qualitative researcher, I worked with kids and parents to generate content for presenters and campaigns, I tested segments, digital items, scripts, and TV shows.
After a few months I became a Programming Assistant evaluating and selecting the right programs for our audience. To say I watched a lot of TV during those years is an understatement!
Finally, I became a Traffic Coordinator (that’s what we called a Project and Product Manager back in the day) and a Content Developer crafting research'-based content for presenters and campaigns, evaluating books for children, and supporting the creating of content for all platforms.
I owe a lot of what I am to this amazing experience that allowed me to experience and grow in many roles.
